Conflict in the Church
Do you wonder what to do when conflict explodes in your congregation?
Do you find that the actions you take to help resolve conflict actually makes it worse?
Would you like tangible actions that you can take to help utilize conflict to build trust
and move your church forward?
Do you wonder how to deal with "that" person and what might be driving him/her?
This course is to help provide church leaders tangible hands with which to approach
conflict as well as an overall perspective on the things that can be at work "driving"
the conflict.
Term: This course is divided into 2 x 7 week online sections (total of 14 sessions).
Each of the 14 sessions is an hour in length.
Section One: These 7 sessions look into the factors that impact conflict
(personally and congregationally), how we individually respond to
conflict, how we can respond effectively, enhancing dialogue among
those in conflict, dealing with level one conflicts and more.
Section Two: These 7 sessions look into higher intensity levels of conflict and
what responses are helpful, methods that can be used in adversarial
relationships, exit interviews for staff and members, membership
covenants and more.

Foundation Course Conflict module). The fee is $80 for the first section & $70 for
the section (total of $150 if you have not taken the Foundations Course Conflict
